Ingredients
- 1 cup Pitaya Foods Coconut Puree Cubes
- 1/2 cup Pitaya Foods Regenerative Organic Mango
- 1/4 cup Pitaya Foods Organic Avocado Bite-Sized Pieces
- 1/2 cup frozen Pineapple
- 1/2 tsp Blue Spirulina
- 3/4 cup Almond Milk
- 1 tsp Honey

Directions

Add coconut cubes, mango, pineapple, almond milk, and honey to a blender. Blend until smooth.

Pour the smoothie blend into your serving glass, filling about ¼ of the glass.

Add frozen avocado and blue spirulina to the remaining smoothie in the blender. Blend again until creamy and vibrant blue.

Lightly sprinkle a pinch of blue spirulina powder on top of the first layer in the glass.

Pour the blue blend slowly into the glass to create a layered swirl effect.
