Coconut Cloud Base
- 1 cup Pitaya Foods Coconut Puree Cubes
- 1/2 frozen Banana
- 2oz Coconut Milk
Dragon Fruit Mango Blend
- 1 cup Pitaya Foods Dragon Fruit Cubes
- 1/2 cup Pitaya Foods Regenerative Organic Mango
- 2-3oz Coconut Milk

Directions

Add coconut puree cubes, frozen banana, and coconut milk to a blender. Blend until thick and smooth to create the Coconut Cloud Base.

Pour about 4 oz of the coconut blend into a 12oz serving glass, filling roughly ⅓ of the glass.
Tip: Let the cloud layer swirl up the sides of the glass for that dreamy effect. -
To the remaining blend in the blender, add dragon fruit pieces, frozen mango, and coconut milk. Blend until fully combined and vibrant.
