  • 1/2 sliced Kiwi
  • 1/4 sliced Banana
  • Directions
    1. Put all bowl ingredients into a blender, starting with soft ingredients

    2. Blend on medium-high for 30 - 60 seconds or until desired consistency

    3. Once blended, pour the mix into a medium bowl

    4. Add your toppings to the top of your blend and enjoy!

    5. NOTE: To make the bowl thicker, start with 2 oz of liquid
