Pitaya Sangria
With all this summer heat coming in, it's time to have another recipe on hand that will cool you down. Perfect for BBQ's, Picnics, and pretty much any place family & friends will gather. (Must be 21+ years old)

- 1 Pitaya Smoothie Pack or 1 cup of Pitaya Cubes
- 2 cups of Blueberries
- 1 1/2 cups of sliced Strawberries
- 1 cup Raspberries
- 4 sliced Apples
- 1 cup Apple Juice
- 1 bottle of Dry White Wine (Must be 21 years of age)
- 1 bottle of Champagne (Must be 21 years of age)

- In a large pitcher, combine white wine, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries and apple juice, then stir them until mixed
- Place pitcher in refrigerator for 1 - 4 hours for ingredients to infuse
- When ready to drink, slowly combine the rest of the ingredients while mixing with a large spoon
NOTE: Keep your Pitaya Sangria cool by sitting it on top of a bowl of ice : )
