Pink Spinach Breakfast Bowl

- 1 Pitaya Smoothie Pack or 1 cup of Pitaya Cubes
- 1 ripe Banana
- 1 cup Strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup Spinach (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 cup Coconut water
- 1/4 cup Aloe Vera Juice
- 1 tbsp Chlorofyll
- 1/2 cup steel cut Oats
- 2 tbsps Chia seeds
Toppings:
- Sliced Strawberries
- 1 tbsp raw Almonds soaked overnight and peeled
- 1 tbsp Flax Seeds
- 1 tbsp Goji Berries

- Soak steel cut oats and chia seeds overnight in water
- Combine all ingredients into a blender
- Blend on medium to high for 30 seconds
- Pour into a bowl, add toppings and enjoy:)
