Perfect Pitaya Smoothie Pitaya Plus Recipe

"This is a bold statement, but I’m going to go ahead and say this Pitaya smoothie is PERFECT. After discovering Pitaya bowls in 2014, I’ve been on a mission to create the ultimate recipe to make at home. After a couple years of experimenting and a whole lot of failed combinations, I’m confident to say I’ve finally done it! This smoothie will satisfy all your cravings for something sweet and refreshing, while letting the Pitaya flavor really shine! I love topping mine with just nut butter, but feel free to add all the fresh fruit and granola you’d like!"

  • 1 Pitaya Smoothie Pack or 1 cup of Pitaya Cubes
  • 1 1/2 cup frozen Cauliflower
  • 1 frozen Banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen Strawberries
  • 1/2 cup Cashew Milk
  • 1 tbsp Almond Butter
  • Optional: serving of vanilla protein powder
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend on high until desired consistency, adding more cashew milk if needed.
  3. Pour into a bowl or jar, add toppings and enjoy!
