We weren't being clever with the title, this Pitaya bowl is paradise with a touch of lime:) Could you imagine having that every morning? Well, it's time to stop imagining and make it happen. This recipe was created by someone that is truly inspired to make every day count, and we couldn't resist putting such an amazing recipe on our site. Read about Remi below and enjoy a little bit of paradise.
- 1 Pitaya Smoothie Pack or 1 cup of Pitaya Cubes
- 1/2 cup frozen Mango
- 1/2 cup frozen Pineapple
- 1/2 cup Coconut water
- 1/8 cup lime juice
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
- Sliced Grapefruit
- Sliced Kiwi
- Sliced Mango
- Pinch of Coconut flakes
- Pre-slice Grapefruit, Kiwi and Mango
- Combine all ingredients into a blender
- Blend on medium to high for 30 seconds until desired consistency
- Pour into a bowl, add toppings and enjoy:)
