Greek Pitaya Bowl
It's about time we Greek out with some Pitaya:) Compared to normal yogurt, Greek yogurt is higher in protein, lower in sodium and carbohydrates. Add some Pitaya for fiber and a Banana for potassium, then you've got a perfect post-workout meal. If you want to get some more protein, don't be afraid to add some pecans:) Enjoy
- Honey Roasted Pecans
- Combine all ingredients into a blender
- Blend on medium to high for 30 seconds
- Pour into a bowl and enjoy:)
