Brain Booster Smoothie Pitaya Plus RecipeDo you ever have trouble staying focused? Of course you do, we all do. But why? Can we avoid those moments and stay productive? With a handful of questions in mind, we decided to seek answers; ways to keep your mind sharp and to find great tasting ingredients that keep you productive. Aside from keeping stress levels down, getting enough sleep and exercise, here is a brain-boosting recipe that will keep your mind efficient : )

  • 1 Pitaya Smoothie Pack or 1 cup of Pitaya Cubes
  • 1/2 medium-size Avocado
  • 1/2 cup Blueberries
  • 1/4 cup Raspberries
  • 1 tbsp Flaxseed
  • 1.5oz or a big scoop of Greek Yogurt
  • 4oz Apple Juice
  • 1 tsp RAW Honey
  1. Combine all ingredients into a blender; be sure to add the soft ingredients first.
  2. Blend on medium-high for 30 seconds or until desired consistency.
  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy:)


Pitaya / Dragon Fruit -
 A good source of fiber which slows the flow of glucose to your brain by distributing it better over time.


Avocado -
 A fatty fruit that promotes healthy blood flow throughout your body, and of course your brain : )


Blueberries & Raspberries -
 Protects the brain in many ways. Most notably balancing your bodies ability to counteract against free radicals.


Flaxseed -
 Loaded with Omega 3 fatty acids. Omega 3’s are important for many things, including cognitive performance.


Greek Yogurt -
 Loaded with B6 & B12 vitamins. B6 is known to regulate moods and prevent mental fatigue, while B12 is known to keep the body’s nerve and blood cells healthy.


Apple Juice -
 Contains a good source of vitamin C, a vital antioxidant that helps protect the body and brain.


RAW Honey -
 Great source of energy for your body and mind : )
