Berry Blast Smoothie
Bringing in the new year can be hard on your body. Luckily we have this new Berry Blast smoothie recipe to get you back on track. By using mixed berries, you’re getting a boost of antioxidants your body is going to love. Happy New Years everyone and let us know how you like the recipe.

- 1 Pitaya Smoothie Pack or 1 cup of Pitaya Cubes
- 1/2 frozen Banana
- 1 cup frozen mixed Berries
- 1 Kale leaf
- 1/3 cup Almond Milk

- Combine all ingredients into a blender
- Blend on medium to high for 30 seconds
- Pour into a glass and enjoy:)

Hey Alex,
- You don’t have to freeze the berries. Freezing the berries creates a thicker consistency to the smoothie that we prefer:)
- The berries in the image we recommend using. But you can find frozen mixed berry packs in the freezer section of most convenient stores. That option tends to be more convenient when shopping.

sincebwe cant find the patyaya pieces frozen or otherwise not even @Ranch99 asain market or Sprouts(just Acai)or even Von’s Pavillions or Whole Foods. can we just clean and remove partial leaves and VitaMix the whole thing??
