Apple Vacation Bowl
The Apple Vacation Bowl is supposed to make you feel like you're going on a vacation when you eat it. This might be a challenge if you are not an Apple lover, or is it? All kidding aside, we love all fruits and feel apples don't get enough love. So we decided to create this delicious Apple recipe.
How does it taste? Think of a nice smooth apple cinnamon flavor with a hint of ginger at the end. Scoop up some walnuts, dried cranberries and/or raspberries in one bite and boom... you're on vacation in your kitchen. No passport or luggage needed, just a blender and some ingredients:) Enjoy
- 1 Pitaya Smoothie Pack or 1 cup of Pitaya Cubes
- 1 delicious Apple
- 1 cup frozen Mango
- 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Ginger
- Dried Cranberries
- Combine all ingredients into a blender
- Blend on medium to high for 30 seconds
- Pour into a bowl, top and enjoy:)
NOTE: Crush the walnuts up a little so they are easier to eat when using them as a topping:)
