Aloe Cooler Smoothie
As the temperatures rise, stay hydrated and heal from the inside out. Aloe vera is very water-dense making it a perfect addition your smoothie so you can re-hydrate and detox by flushing out impurities. Aloe is also rich in antioxidants and high in Vitamin C giving a much needed boost to your hard working immune system!
- 1/2 cup Pitaya Foods Aloe pieces
- 1/2 cup Pitaya Foods Watermelon pieces
- 1/2 cup cucumber
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 2 tbsp mint, chopped
- 1 tbsp Honey
- Add all prepped ingredients to your blender.
- Turn blender on medium to high for roughly 45 seconds or until desired consistency.
- Pour mix into a glass and enjoy!
NOTE: *Garish with a spicy Tajin rim and a cucumber slice : )
