Aloe Cooler Smoothie

Aloe Cooler Smoothie RecipeAs the temperatures rise, stay hydrated and heal from the inside out. Aloe vera is very water-dense making it a perfect addition your smoothie so you can re-hydrate and detox by flushing out impurities. Aloe is also rich in antioxidants and high in Vitamin C giving a much needed boost to your hard working immune system!

  • 1/2 cup Pitaya Foods Aloe pieces
  • 1/2 cup Pitaya Foods Watermelon pieces
  • 1/2 cup cucumber
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 2 tbsp mint, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  1. Add all prepped ingredients to your blender.
  2. Turn blender on medium to high for roughly 45 seconds or until desired consistency.
  3. Pour mix into a glass and enjoy!

NOTE: *Garish with a spicy Tajin rim and a cucumber slice : )
