Acai Immunity Bowl Recipe | Pitaya Foods RecipesWe took a boring oatmeal recipe and gave it a classic acai bowl kick. By adding acai powder, this bowl got a boost of antioxidants, color, and flavor. Not to mention the crunchy texture of granola, followed by other toppings like banana, blueberry and peanut butter drizzle. Every bite will fill you up with a warm and delicious flavor you'll want more of.

  • 1 tbsp Acai Berry Powder
  • 1 cup frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2-4 oz oat milk
TOPPINGS
  • 1 oz granola
  • 1 oz banana
  • 1 oz blueberries
  • 1 oz strawberries
  • 1 tbsp honey
  1. Put all ingredients into a blender.
  2. Blend on medium to high for roughly 30 seconds or until desired consistency.
  3. Pour mix into a medium / large size bowl.
  4. Add all toppings.
  5. ENJOY!
