Kumquat Pitaya Smoothie
When you get bored, hit the local farmers market and try something new! That's what we did and found Kumquats:) If you are unfamiliar with Kumquats, they're like mini oranges that give you both the sweet and tang in one bite:) Oh yea, that bite is everything... peel, seeds... it's all being eaten. So grab some of these lovely fruits and blend while they're still in season.

- 1 Pitaya Smoothie Pack or 1 cup of Pitaya Cubes
- 15 Kumquats
- 1/2 cup Coconut Water
- 3/4 cup frozen Mango
- 1/4 cup Ice

- Combine all ingredients into a blender
- Blend on medium to high for 30 seconds
- Pour into a glass and enjoy:)
